How We Collect Personal Data
We collect personal data through your interactions with us, such as when you contact us, when you install the app from Microsoft Marketplace or when you use our websites. We may also receive personal data about you from third party sources.
We process the following personal data when you visit our websites and consent to cookies:

Purpose and Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
When you visit our website we process the personal data mentioned above for the purpose of enhancing user experience, personalize content, and track user sessions with your consent pursuant to GDPR article 6 (1) (a). You can withdraw this consent any time by sending an email to info@bsure.no.
When you buy or try our product we process personal data based on GDPR article 6 (1) (b) because it is necessary to fulfill or enter into a contract, or in order to fulfill legal obligations pursuant to GDRP article 6(1) (c), e.g. the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
How long do we Store Personal Data
Where we process personal data because you try or buy our product, we will keep this information for the duration of our business relationship and to the extent permitted or required under applicable law after a business relationship is terminated. In other cases, Bsure AS may retain data for an appropriate period after the business relationship ends to comply with its legal obligations, e.g. under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
Personal data processed on the basis of consent is deleted when you withdraw your consent.
How We Protect Personal Data
We will use appropriate technical and organizational security measures that are designed to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or accessed or used in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to do so. Our personnel are subject to a duty of confidentiality and required to undertake training on how to handle personal information in an appropriate manner. Where we use third parties to provide services and process personal information on our behalf, we require them to use personal information we share with them only in accordance with our instructions and not for other purposes.
