Addressing exactly what we want to help customers solve

Bsure has created a customized tool that addresses precisely the issues we wanted to solve for our customers, says Lasse Feye Werner, Key Account Manager at ECIT. They are now working on bundling their own services around Bsure. 

With Bsure, managing licenses for customers becomes much easier. 

  • It saves us a lot of time when we periodically review licenses with customers, says Lasse. 

How often do you do that? 

  • It depends on the customer’s needs. It’s based on both their complexity and the renewal interval. When it’s close to the annual renewal, it’s especially important to review so that we don’t renew unused licenses for another year, explains Lasse. 

An example of a customer 

One of ECIT’s customers is a chain of companies. They have a shared Microsoft Tenant, and beneath it, there are 190 subsidiaries. Each subsidiary needs its own invoices, so costs have to be split. 

The head office naturally doesn’t have an overview of who starts and leaves in all the subsidiaries. 

  • With Bsure, we can easily generate reports. We can create a report for the head office and reports for each sub-office. And then, they can drill down into the reports themselves to find more information, Lasse explains. 

This way, they can also fairly split the costs while having full insight into all the data. 

  • For companies that need to split costs across departments or subsidiaries, they save a lot of time by using Bsure. It’s a very useful feature in the solution, says Lasse. 

ECIT helps this company manage licenses and have an overview. 

  • Of course, it’s much faster and easier to use Bsure for this instead of delving into Microsoft 365 to find the same things, explains Lasse. 

By cleaning up licenses, the customer saves money. Additionally, it improves IT security for the customer by reducing the number of test users or users who have left but still have access. 

  • We see several opportunities in Bsure to help customers improve IT security. For example, we can generate lists of all users who don’t have multi-factor authentication, says Lasse. 

Just getting started 

ECIT uses Bsure internally, with some customers, and also plans to use it for sales. 

We are confident that it will build trust and bring more business. Moreover, it makes us more proactive consultants, says Lasse. 

Both ECIT and all the customers who have tested Bsure have provided positive feedback. 

Everyone is satisfied, and we are now working on adapting ourselves to use the tool more effectively. We are building our service deliveries around Bsure, explains Lasse.
